Who is responsible
ERP Pulse Index is operated by the ERP Pulse Index research team, which decides how survey data is used. Contact: contact@sapstackindex.com.
What we collect
- About your organization: company website (optional; you can choose not to share it), industry, size band, revenue band, number of sites and region.
- About you: your role and how long you’ve held it. Your email and name only if you give them.
- Your answers: your SAP landscape, migration plans, AI experience, team and support situation, recent operational events, priorities, and anything you type in the optional text fields.
- Your choices: which permissions you granted, the wording shown, the policy version and the time.
- Usage: an anonymous survey-start event (a random identifier, no personal data) to measure completion rates. Your draft answers are saved only in your own browser until you submit.
How we use it
- To produce aggregated research, with groups under five organizations suppressed.
- To generate your personal SAP benchmark.
- To email you the benchmark and report, if you gave an email.
- Only if you ticked the follow-up permission: to contact you once about the challenges you described. For this, your company, answers and contact details may be shared with partners of the research team who work on those challenges.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish anything that identifies you or your organization.
- We don’t sell your email address, and we don’t share identifiable records without the follow-up permission.
- We don’t ask for contract values, pricing or confidential terms.
Retention and your rights
We keep responses for as long as the research program needs them. You can ask to access, correct or delete your response, or withdraw a permission, by emailing contact@sapstackindex.com with the reference on your benchmark page.
